Aerial Perspective Concept

Imaginarium at Central Park

This project was for my Themed Entertainment Design Concept Studio class at Savannah College of Art & Design. Over the course of the semester, our professor had us work as an entire class on a concept for a themed space - be it park, museum, restaurant, etc. As a class we worked together to develop a project that eventually became known as The Imaginarium, and our chosen location was a spot in Central Park that currently holds the Victorian Gardens Amusement Park. Granted - this is conceptual, and an educational research project, so don't worry for those of you local to the area - this isn't actually going to happen.

The image itself was made using Google Earth Studio and Photoshop.

It would take literal hours to try and explain how this image came to be. It involved hundreds of hours of work from 14 different individuals. I simply decided to be the conceptual aerial illustrator for the final project. If you would like a copy of the class portfolio, please reach out to me privately.
